We machine and grind our BCGs to perform for tens of thousands of rounds. We grind the outside dimensions and ALL three interior dimensions of our carrier, giving our BCGs a near frictionless surface finish. The Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating is harder and slicker than nitride, improving function, realiability and longevity. It's slick, hard surface makes for easier cleaning.
