THIS COMPLETE LOWER IS ALLOWS YOU TO BUILD A "NORMAL" AR-15 IN COMPLIANT STATES SUCH AS CALIFORNIA. THIS LOWER COMES EQUIPPED WITH A PHASE 5 B.A.D. LEVER AND WILL MAKE ANY MILSPEC UPPER FUNCTION AS A NONE SEMI AUTOMATIC. IT WILL ALLOW THE UPPER TO FIRE, EXTRACT AND AUTOMATICALLY HOLD THE BOLT OPEN. BY DEFINITION BECAUSE THE GUN DOES NOT LOAD THE NEXT ROUND ON ITS OWN WITHOUT USER INPUT IT IS NOT A SEMI AUTOMATIC FIREARM WHICH MEANS IT DOES NOT HAVE TO FOLLOW ANY FEATURLESS RESTRICTIONS FOUND ON OTHER FIREAMS. THE PHASE 5 LEVER ALLOWS YOU TO RAPIDLY LOAD YOUR NEXT ROUND WITHOUT ADJUSTING YOUR GRIP.

It also shows no visible markings on the sides of the receiver maximizing the amount of space for customization.
